Junior Coaching Program

Templeton Netball Club strives to provide an environment for both players and coaches to excel within our community. Our junior coaching program provides our up and coming coaches an opportunity to begin their development into coaching. The program provides coaching techniques, key learning and development stages of players, expectations and skills to teach all abilities and developmental stages.

Under the guidance of our coaches, our junior coaches conduct a training session and manage a game whilst being assessed for areas of improvement and areas of success. Once a junior coach reaches satisfactory or above on all area’s, they will then graduate to a full coach.
